Refund Policy
We know plans can change and want to make the process as smooth as possible.

- Before Nov 1: Refund of $400 (from $500 deposit)
- Nov 1 – Jan 10: Refund of $300 (from $500 deposit)
- After Jan 10: No refund on full tuition, even if partial payments made. Full tuition will be charged.*
*If the spot can be filled, refund will be amount paid minus $300.

- Before January 10:
- If spot cannot be filled: No refund.
- If spot can be filled: Refund of all monies paid minus $200 (from deposit); tuition will adjust to new weeks.
- After January 10:
- If spot cannot be filled: No refund; full tuition due.
- If spot can be filled: Refund of session cost minus $300 administrative fees; tuition will adjust accordingly.
We will try to fill spots from the waiting list. The later the cancellation, the less likely a spot can be filled.

- No refund if camper leaves camp early.
- Contact Molly for medical-related cancellations.

- All forms, including physician forms, insurance cards, and specialist forms, must be submitted by June 1.
- Late submissions will incur a $100 late fee unless special arrangements were made before June 1.
